What students say about Friday night Yin
‘I had the opportunity to go to Yin Yoga with Catherine and I really enjoyed her class. It was restorative and very relaxing. I finally found out how deep I can go in some poses thanks to Yin Yoga giving us time to do that. I really enjoyed how informative her class was! I learned so many new things about how to do poses correctly and in different ways, what poses can actually do to our mind and body.’ Gabriela
‘I love Catherine’s Yin Yoga practice. Catherine’s pace of instructions is just right, it flows. I find this so opening for my mind, body, spirits, – in fact the calming effects upon my brain – its one of the main reasons I return. This yin yoga practice is for everyone – I believe , every “body” experienced or beginner. It’s two hours, I love this – two hours just for you – nowhere else to be, a chill out zone transforming me from “human doing to human being” – the time flies in a really excellent way. Try Catherine’s Yin Yoga – you will love this reflective peace.‘ Pauline
‘Lovely, relaxing experience.’ Sheona
