What to expect from a bespoke session
Bespoke sessions, like classes, can incorporate a mixture of Yoga philosophy, postures, breathwork, meditation and relaxation practices; alternatively they can focus on one particular aspect of practice. Whatever you choose, the session will be tailored to your particular needs.
These sessions are available face to face at a mutually agreed venue or online via Zoom.
To help me work with you to create your bespoke session, I will send you a brief questionnaire beforehand, which helps me to plan your practice.

Each of these sessions can be booked as one-to-one or small group sessions and as individual classes or class packages. I am also available to teach to community and workplace groups.
