About me

I love teaching Yoga and meditation because I have experienced how the physical, mental and soul strength and release it helps me to find enhance every aspect of my life – and can do yours too!

I first came to Yoga because I was feeling stressed and strung out; unknowingly disconnected from myself. Thanks to Yoga, I now have both tools and a roadmap for living that allow me to experience more moments of peace and equilibrium in my everyday life. I look forward to working with you to empower you to experience these same benefits.
