Yoga beginners course

A 6 week course for those completely new to yoga or returning after a break

Starting February 27th

Thursday mornings 10 to 11.15am in Great Finborough near Stowmarket

This is for you if …

  • You are completely new to yoga
  • You are returning to practice after a break
  • You have practiced online a little at home and want to gain the confidence to attend an in-person class
  • You have practiced before and want to revisit the foundational practices of yoga
  • You want to experience enhanced wellbeing through a holistic yoga practice, taught by an experienced qualified teacher

What to expect

Each week we will explore yoga postures, a breathing practice, mindfulness meditation, relaxation techniques and an aspect of yoga philosophy.

Your investment in the course includes teacher follow up each week, with practice and journaling prompts to help you start to build a home practice and suggested reading. This will be supported by a dedicated WhatsApp group for peer and teacher support of your growing practice.
