Why outdoor Yoga?

I truly believe that being able to practice outside, with the grass beneath your feet (or Yoga mat!), can further enhance the benefits of class. And no need to just take my word for it – research has found that time spent outdoors in green spaces improves both our mental and physical health, with effects including reduced stress, increased energy and improved mood, to name but a few. So, gather up your layers (and/or sunblock!) ready to join me for practice underneath the sky.

Venue and wet weather details

Students are welcome to arrive any time from, but not before, 6.30pm ready for our 6.45pm start. Parking is available within the car park; please do not park on the grass. Please note that there is no access to toilets at the venue. In the event of wet weather, all those booked in will be contacted by email by 5pm and the class will be delivered via Zoom.

Student health questionnaire

In accordance with BWY best practice, I ask all students to complete a health questionnaire prior to attending their first class with me.  This ensures I am aware of any particular conditions which may need special attention and/or modifications during your practice.
